Well, this is a bachelor show. So we're going to talk about everything. But we really want to hear kind of about how you have been processing everything through the book and like.

And why the book was an important way for you to to approach that.

And so I guess that's our first question. Like what made you want to process your experiences on the show and your whole life, even before the show in a memoir.

Yeah, for me, it was super therapeutic to write the book. It was essentially a journal. So I picked that up on Michelle season of the batch about talking with Brandon, who was my roommate at the time.

And he showed me his journal. And I remember my first thought in my head was you have a diary.

You know, because again, like that was like the toxic masculine and the that I was raised around to think like, oh, you have a diary dude. Like that's not.
