We are dealing with the catastrophic potential impacts of Hurricane Ian as it

nears, nears, nears the West Coast of Florida. And right now let's take one minute of

Rod DeSantis who is speaking, giving the latest on this hurricane that we're going to be joined

by Joe Bustardi who is incredible at covering all of these weather-related events for Fox.

But first, just a quick check in with Governor Rod DeSantis.

Standing water. And please, if you're going to use a generator for your home, do not allow that

to be inside. The exhaust needs to be outdoors. Stay out of the way of emergency crews,

out of flood waters and away from all down power lines. Stay off the roads. There's no need to rush

back. You're going to have a massive surge of people that are going to be going in to provide,

of course, life safety assistance for those who may have stayed in some of the more hazardous

areas. You're also going to have power workers going in. We were just in Lake City. I was thinking

we had all these power workers, these line workers from all these different states. I saw them from

Texas, Louisiana, all these different places. Stage, we have a massive, massive mobilization.

states to help people in Florida. We will update you with any additional information that he is
