There have been some fireworks.

I don't think there are going to be very many Republicans who end up voting for her nomination.

But I do believe that she is going to pass and be seated when Justice Breyer steps down at the end of this term

based on everything that is going on right now.

We'll continue to talk about that.

Certainly she is being treated far better than Brett Kavanaugh was treated during the course of his nomination.

But I want to talk now about some of the insanity that is continuing to rain down

all over this country as it pertains to COVID particularly because there is the threat.
