Right now there are two battlefield narratives or two battlefield assessments that seem to be in

conflict. One is that Russia has stalled out and there could even be the usage of chemical

and biological weapons by the Russians. Biden has brought this up.

I mean, so this is not fringe conversation because Russia has stalled out on the other side.

It's people pointing out that the Ukrainians should sooth for peace and negotiate as soon

and as earnestly as possible because a breakout for them against the Russian invasion is effectively

militarily impossible absent major military intervention from the outside, meaning us and NATO,
