Hi, my name is Kevin Thomas and I'm the owner of multi-clean commercial cleaning services

and this is actually my third time to be at the Thrive Time Conference.

I keep coming back because I get to learn new marketing ideas for my company each week.

Before we did the group interview, we would interview everyone in the office

and it would take up to 15 hours to interview 15 people.

And after we started doing the interview, it would take us 45 minutes to interview those same 15 people.
