My name is Tyler Pertree. I'm from South Oklahoma City.

I'm actually involved in a Chiropractic.

I heard about the conference on the Thrive Time radio show and came back in June,

and then this is actually my second time.

I really enjoyed the last time, so I came back for kind of some reminders,

just kind of from refreshers, pick up some new things, just like reading a book a second time, you know, you always get something better the next time.

I mean really we focus a lot on this time with, you know, staff, you know, how to hire, how

to hire better, how to fire better, and you know, that's really important.

That's something I've struggled with.

I tend to be a people person. I like people.

So I always have struggled with hiring well and especially with firing well.

I like the workshop.

Probably most things.

I like the atmosphere.

It's very casual, very laid back.

The information is good. A lot of seminars you go through, you know,

there are pitches, there's cells, their next thing they're trying to fiddle or whatever.

This one's more about, like, real information. You feel like you get something out of it every

time. They're very energetic. They tend to introduce a lot of humor where you're laughing you stay

engaged you know you don't feel like you're just getting preached to you know

they tend to they do jump around a lot but but they do seem to always get you

a lot of good information you know obviously you don't know what you don't know
