We're going to talk mostly about the Sicaro, New Mexico landing.

It goes back to 1964 before many of our listeners were born.

But it's considered one of the landmark UFO cases.

I mean, you hear talk about Roswell and the Kenneth Arnold case in 1947 and the sightings over Washington, D.C. in 1952. But this was a case, which the principal witness being a police officer,

that got really, really serious attention, even from the Air Force during 1964.

And before we go into the current furor over this case,

I wanted to ask you, Ray Stanford, could you give our listeners kind of a background

of what happened in those days in 1964?

Okay. I'm not trying to provide a really concise account of the events as they happened.

To again, well, actually, police officer from Socorolani Zamora was parked on the west side of the

courthouse in Socorro, New Mexico.

And when he finally pulled out, he noticed a fellow speeding going south on the street

that was actually on the east side of the courthouse.
