Very true. They suggest killer books for us. They encourage us. They cheer us on. Exactly. But there is a small faction of listeners that have a bone to pick with us.

Yeah, those are the ones who haven't issue with our barnyard language. So true. They wrote us way back when we released our first episode. And from time to time, we still hear from these listeners.

Here's an email we just got the other day on this very topic. Dear ladies, I find the gratuitous use of the word fuck in your podcast. Not only unnecessary, but also demeaning for such eloquent ladies. I am disappointed that you can't find better alternatives.

I realize this word has been popularized by our commander in chief, but you really don't need to go that low in your entertaining podcasts. You have our ears and our minds. Please be gentle with them.

So we've decided to take this feedback to heart. We're going to be eloquent ladies and add some class to this podcast.

And we're taking our cues from a real honest to goodness Countess, Countess Luanne, Dallas Ups. If her name sounds familiar, that's because she's also a cast member on the real housewives of New York. And the author of this week's book, Class with the Countess.
