So right now, I want to talk about something about your life.

How long you're going to live?

Well, it's all mathematical probabilities.

So nobody can say precisely how long any of us are going to be here.

But there are certain things that came through a study by the American Heart Association,

which are really important in things to think about.

So if you as a man at age 50 are doing the five things I'm going to tell you in a second,

it can lead to ten, I'm sorry, to 12 extra years of life for you.

The five things I'm about to tell you could lead to 14 years of extra life for a woman.

Now, they are number one.

And I get at best a D on this is eating right.

My wife would say I get an F. Number two, exercising regularly.
