got a little quiet and is now big again.

I want to talk right now about the job market is amazing.

I don't know if you heard the report last week that one of the nation's railroads is offering

big bonuses.

Roughly 25 grand is the ceiling on them just to attract new workers because the labor

shortage is so severe.

And then there was an item in the Wall Street Journal that a number of communities in the

Midwest are so starving for workers that they're offering bounties to people if they'll move

to their communities.

Most often the bounties are in the range of $5,000 just to get you to move somewhere

where jobs are extremely plentiful and workers are not.
