It's an industry that's very tradition bound, but it's one that kicking and screaming is

And that's car buying and particularly use car buying, which has always been just a real

frustration for people.

Often you go to buy a used car and you feel like you're twisted into a pretzel by somebody

playing every game in the book on you.

And then I think about what we used to call car call Monday, where we'd get call after

call after call from people about problems that they've had with a car they bought over

the weekend.
