In Europe there is a brand of car called the Logan and the Logan was originally designed

to be sold in poor countries in Eastern Europe and Central Europe and that was its goal

that was its purpose and they were selling a complete car fully equipped for 9000 euro

which depending on the exchange rate let's say $11000.

The Logan became like a magnet for people from wealthier countries in Europe and they would

buy a cheap one way ticket on a discount airline to Eastern Central Europe buy a new Logan

and then they drive it back across Europe and they'd have a car at a third the cost of

a typical car in Western Europe.
