This is the third episode in the Dr. Allenby Masterclass.

where we originally interviewed Dr. Allenby herself and talked about a lot of really cool stuff and then we had

Amanda on afterwards and we talked a lot about you know just some of the tools and techniques they have in her practice.

So this is the third one and we're going to be touching upon some really cool

subjects as well and this.

So without further ado, I want to introduce you guys to the CEO of Body Squad, which is also within the Dr. Allenby's family of practices.

So excited to host you.

Thank you Echta. I'm so excited to be here. Yeah, I'm really, really, you know,

excited to keep this class going and learning from you guys. I mean, you guys always, every time I

host somebody from Dr. Allenby's team, we always have the best conversation and I always learn a lot, you know, so Virgin, I'm sure I'm going to learn a lot today from you and I want to get started, but first I want to learn all about you and your background and how you really kind of connected with Dr. Allenby and started working with body squad.

Sure, absolutely. So I started with Dr. Allenby about 13 years ago and we actually met at an event that was for breast cancer survivors and we started talking and it really just hit it off. I was on more of the aesthetic side at that time and I actually applied and interviewed with them and somebody who is supposed to be heading out and going back to school

was going to be leaving and she postponed her plan so it turned into about

eight months of follow-up because I was so excited about their team and the practice and I just

really saw a future and an opportunity with them and sure enough the last month that I called in I was like,

okay, this needs to be the last time they're're going to think I'm crazy. It's just too much.

They have my contact information. They can get back with me. But sure enough, that was actually the month that they reached back out to me and they were like, okay, we finally have an opening and we'd love for you to join us.

And the reason why I love sharing that little tidbit is because I really feel like I had the opportunity to grow up and grow professionally in Dr. Allenby's practice in so many ways.

So I started as an esthetician and laser technician.
