the next step in the Get Shit Done wheel is to push yourself in your direct reports

to understand and convey thoughts and ideas

more clearly. Trying to solve a problem that hasn't been clearly defined is not likely to result

in a good solution. According to Kim, debating a half-baked idea is likely to kill it. Can you still agree with that?

Yes, I do. And Kim, we'll have to go into some more detail about when something becomes half-baked,

like is quarter-baked enough. Half-baked is delicious. Half-baked is delicious, yes. So we're now
