We begin tonight with news out of Colorado, where the state Supreme Court ruled 4 to 3 that Donald Trump is ineligible to appear on their ballot in the Republican Party's upcoming Republican primary.

Now, obviously, Trump is going to appeal this ruling, and it goes straight to the Supreme
