0:59.0	We bought this house in foreclosure.
1:01.0	It had rats and black mold and all kinds of problems.

1:05.0	And we kind of slowly brought it back to life according to our budget.
1:09.0	And somebody knocked on the door one day and said, we want to buy your house.
1:12.0	It's like, I'm not going to sell you my house.
