I'm so honored to be able to share with us today on church together weekend as we're

celebrating our kids and student ministries. And can I just say I am so grateful to serve at

a church like ours and under pastors like ours that have such a heart for the next

generation. So pastors Annie and Stacey, we honor you for your heart and your vision for modeling

our love for the next generation. So we say thank you for that. Thank you. Well, I'm going to be

honest, I am not used to being in a room full of so many adults.

This is a little bit new for me.

It's great.

I'm happy to be here.

I'm used to being in a room full of junior hires in our junior high ministry, 11 to 14 year olds,

just a little bit different than this room.

Just a little bit, not really a little bit.

But I actually wonder if you could help me feel a little bit more at home in this room. Just a little bit, not really a little bit. But I actually wonder if you

could help me feel a little bit more at home in here for a second. Nothing crazy, just a couple

things. First, if you at any point feel the need to get up, you know, to get something to drink or to

use the restroom, please feel free. Just do me a favor. Take like five or six people with you

and run there and back as fast as you can. Make some noise. That'd be super helpful to me. Make me feel at home. Thank you. Also, you might have noticed that the message notes this weekend are blank, both the digital program and the physical printed copies. That's not a mistake. It's because at all of our campuses, we have different

campus pastors and next-gen pastors who are doing the message this weekend, which is so exciting.

But that means that if you're someone who likes to doodle during the message, like, that helps you

pay attention. You got a hole, you got a lot of space. You can make a masterpiece today. Go for it.
