crazy stories to cover today that you have shared from your church mission experiences.

Most of them are Mormon mission experiences, but we also have stories about people meeting with

Mormon missionaries. I think we have an evangelical mission trip and a Catholic mission trip in

here. So it's not just the Mormon mission

stories. We're talking church mission stories. Sometimes I just get in the mood to talk about

mission stories. Sue me. I went on a mission myself. If you're new around here, I went on a

Mormon mission for 18 months to Berlin, Germany, proselytizing, knocking on doors, stopping people on the street,

couldn't talk to my family except for twice a year, the whole nine yards. And I have stories myself to tell.

I feel like at this point in my podcast journey, I've shared most of them. I'll link the other

mission story episodes in case you're interested in going into the archives. I think I've

done this maybe three times now. So if you're interested in my mission stories, you can find

them there. But today we're diving into yours. Before we get into it, I am coming off of a bit of

an emotional breakdown this morning. And I'm hoping not to cry as I talk about

this because I have been very weepy. I'm really happy and I'm really sad all at the same time

about this move. And thank you for the response to sharing about the move on the podcast.

It's been very exciting to connect with people. I've been able to talk

to a lot of you who have moved out of Utah yourselves or have moved from one place to another.

Some of you who moved from another place to Utah and just been able to connect on moving,

on where we're moving, Los Angeles. And it really does feel like such an incredible gift to be going

through a life transition, like moving, and be able to connect with you all about it. Like,

I just feel so lucky for that because it can feel, I mean, I know people move. I know I'm not the first
