Congress is passing another gigantic relief package, almost half a trillion dollars to replenish

coffers for small businesses.

A handful of states are preparing to loosen stay at home restriction.

Meanwhile, the president is talking about immigration and one topic that is on everyone's

line.

Sometimes accept the president's is testing.

It looks like the curve on infections has slowed down a bit.

Curve has flattened, but it is not going downward yet.

But one thing has definitely changed how Washington views its role in the crisis.
