We've got an interview today. It's with a friend of both of ours actually. We met her in New York City at the Vegetst or the New York City Vegetarian Food Festival, I guess two years ago now. Her name is Christy Morgan.

She wrote a cookbook a few years back

called Blissful Bites.

I always kind of liked it because it was different from others

and that it was based on macrobiotic cooking,

which I honestly don't know that much about but I want to ask her

about I think it's sort of based on food combinations and sort of some like

maybe it's not even based on Eastern principles but it was it was popular in the

70s I think and it's I don't know it's just like kind of a super

healthy form of cooking but then she made a really interesting transition from like healthy

cookbook author into fitness bodybuilding girl which is kind of cool I mean it was

unexpected just you know she's very small and like just not the type I would

imagine to go into bodybuilding but it seems like she's had a lot of

success with it and yeah

is really enthusiastic about it so it'll be fun to catch up with her and I don't

know any other sort of news here dog to get into before we before we do that
