Hey everybody and welcome to another Christmas episode of Short Stories for Kids.

I'm Lucy, your host, and I'm here every single week to read you guys magical adventure

pack stories where you just might be the hero.

Now before we get into this episode's special Christmas story, here's a quick word for the

grownups.

Okay, so today's story request comes from Zoe, and Zoe lives in Sydney, Australia,

and she would love a story where Zoe the unicorn leads Santa's sleigh when Rudolph is sick.

Wow, we love this idea, Zoe, so we were more than happy to come up with a

magical Christmas story for you. Are you guys ready? Let's go. It was only two nights until Christmas.

Rudolf and his reindeer friends were very excited to start their yearly journey worldwide

and deliver presents to children that made the good

list. That night, there was a big blizzard in the forest where the reindeer stayed. The forest was

covered in heavy snow and many trees had fallen. Rudolf wanted to check on his friends, so he rushed to their

place. With his shining red nose, Rudolph was able to find his friends in the heavy blanket of snow.

Thankfully, every reindeer was fine and confident that they could carry on the delivery like usual.

Rudolph was very cheerful to know this, but as soon as he was about to go and tell Santa the good news,

he felt something in his left heel.

Oh no, he had got a big splinter. It was so painful, and he soon had to ask his friends to help him to get

back to Santa's place. They managed to pull the splinter out for him, but now poor Rudolph had a big

wound in his heel that made him unable to walk or move around

properly. When they got back to Santa's home, Santa called out the special reindeer doctor,

and he told Santa that Rudolph needed to rest. Santa agreed and asked his wife to take care of Rudolph. However, he could not help
