Hey everyone and welcome back to a very special Christmas week of stories here on short stories for kids. Yes, that's right. This week we will be having four Christmas stories just for you guys and requested by you guys.

Now, before we get into this episode's story, here's a quick word for the grownups.

Okay, so today's story request comes from three brothers called Ashton, Brody, and Bryant.

And they're from Farmville, NC, and they've been listening on the way to school for the last few weeks,

and they'd love to request a story to hear in the car.

Now, they would like a story about Santa and his elves becoming rock stars.

But someone very bad comes and steals their guitars.

We love this idea, guys.

Let's go.

Every Christmas Eve, Santa Claus becomes the hardest working person on Earth.

He has to visit the home of every single girl and boy who have been good over the previous year.

That's a lot of houses.

But with a little bit of Christmas magic, he makes it round, then heads on home to the snowy north to relax.

But you shouldn't think that Santa spends the rest of the year lazing around, watching movies, and drinking

hot chocolate. No, there are plenty of other jobs to do. For example, he needs to keep his

sleigh in good working order, feed and muck out the reindeer, read letters from children,

and most importantly, make next year's toys.

For that last task, he has an enormous workshop where his small army of elves beaver away at their

workbenches, constructing trains and tractors, fluffy unicorns, transforming robots, princess dolls,

skateboarding dinosaurs, and a lot, lot more.
