I love summer. I always take time to rest and restore and reflect and that is why I love this podcast

series because that's what we're asking our listeners to do. We're asking you to look back.

I think it's something about how we only learn by reflecting so you don't just learn by going

through something but you actually have to stop and reflect on what you went through and so

that's what I hope you do. Maybe at the end of today's podcast you can just take some time and

and reflect on what is a learning that has gone on over the last 15 months and how will you take

that forward because summer is, I don't know, just a few weeks, just we have just a few weeks left

and I'm already thinking about the fall and just what do I want my rhythms to be? So that's why
