The first we know about the nature of the bombs is that the bomb structure is right out of the ISIS playbook that they used in Europe.

They use the same explosives, they use the same constructions of ball bearings and nails.

The explosive itself, to me, was quite interesting because it's not the same explosive that the tunnel tigers had historically used,

or even that the South Asia groups, they tend to use RDX, and this was a very different explosive.

So that, to me, was the imprimatur of ISIS.

Where this does squarely intersect with the Sri Lankan domestic politics is what we're seeing right now, right?

Is the Buddhist community begins attacking Muslims.

This becomes an ever more ripe place for further, I don't like to use the word radicalization, I tend to avoid it.

But further recruitment on behalf of ISIS.
