| 0:59.0 | Non-Christians always sing on a horizontal plane. |
| 1:04.0 | Yes, the songs they sing are often about me or about you, or about them, or about it. |
| 1:12.6 | Now Christians also sing horizontally. |
| 1:15.6 | Think about some of the Psalms. |
| 1:17.6 | You're singing horizontally when you sing, |
| 1:19.6 | O thou my soul, bless God the Lord, and all that in me is be stirred up. |
| 1:26.6 | Or if you prefer contemporary when you sing, |
| 1:29.3 | bless the Lord, O my soul. |
| 1:32.3 | You're talking first to yourself when you sing these words. |
| 1:36.3 | And we're also singing horizontally when we sing, |
| 1:39.3 | Come we that love the Lord and let our joys be known, |
