He's a priest of the Archdiocese of Detroit and is currently the executive director of a

non-profit organization called Acts 29, which exists to work with pastors

and their teams to transform their parish culture and reclaim the church's missionary identity.

He was ordained in 1996.

Father Ricardo gave a three evening parish mission.

The title was, All that I have is yours.

He spoke about the characteristics of older Jewish men of that time.

He spoke of the prodigal son who wished his father were dead,

and how once he obtained his inheritance, he squandered it in foreign lands.
