Ave Maria Radio presents Christ is the answer with Father John Ricardo.

He's a priest of the Archdiocese of Detroit and is currently the executive director of a

non-profit organization called Acts 29, which exists to work with pastors and their teams

to transform their parish culture and reclaim the church's missionary identity.

He was ordained in 1996.

Several years ago, Father Ricardo talked with a group of young adults about our American and

Western culture that were once strong Catholic countries.

This is the first of a three-part series titled Living as a Christian in a Post-Christian World.

He titled this program, Whatever Happened to Spring.

I'm glad, actually, that we're small tonight

only because I'm hoping that we're going to have a chance to get into a lot of discussion

over the topic that I want to begin tonight and then continue on for the next couple of weeks,

which is living as a Christian in a post-Christian world.

So hopefully the fact that we're maybe a little bit more intimate than often are will lend itself to facilitating some

better discussion amongst ourselves. So let's begin by asking the Lord's blessing upon the night.
