So we have just started off, as you've probably seen on socials, with the new challenge, which is Project Fit.

It's a first time we've ever done so.

Yeah, it's also a challenge which is something we've never done before in terms of a charity challenge.

And it's a very community kind of challenge this one, isn't it?

October. But we are doing it for charity as well, which is breast cancer now, which is so close to

myself and Ben, my nan is incredible. She's actually just had breast cancer surgery. So it's

something that's really special to both of us. And we know a lot of the members have kind of touched

on this before. So that's just another element of the challenge that we've never actually introduced. And it's super nice. Like we get to do that together with everyone as a community. Yes. And on top of that, with the challenge, there's going to be a 10k at the end of it. So we're going to be doing a program called lift and run. Yours is called. Build and run. And it's going to be building you up from zero to 10K.
