and some of the knowledge behind these. Of course, I got to throw in the disclaimer that I'm not

liable. You got to do your own research. You're responsible for your own mind and body. Research

anything before you put it into your body. And a couple of the substances that we talk about

today, I did not realize until after the recording

that a couple of them were taken off of Amazon. That's what happens a lot. Certain vitamins,

the FDA kind of seeks out them and if they're too good or maybe a little bit controversial,

it seems like they get targeted and pulled off the shelf.

So maybe that's a good thing for people that don't know how to control themselves.

But for the rest of us, you know, it is what it is.
