relate to to SEAL's upbringing and the violence that that he encountered are lived with and lived through or survived.

So it's I have for those that that send in those emails, you know, relating to that

situation just know that every one of those emails I forwarded on to seal He's read every one of them and it means a lot to him that people can relate, that people took the time to reach out and write their words. So thank you all for that.

One of the things that a lot of my friends do in the summer is they go over and ride the Leadville 100thville 100th Pass and ride this really tough 100 mile mountain bike race.

We had eight riders this year.

Dave Bulch, my man and I, crewed for eight of these guys and gals,

because Anna, my girlfriend and best friend, did it as well.
