Hey, before I get going here, I want to, I want to send a message and a shout out to everybody in Louisiana, especially in the Baton Rouge area, for what y'all are going through.

I mean, the images and the loss of life is really kind of hard to fathom and understand.

But God, I hope you guys are hanging in there

and hugging your friends and family and making a recovery.

We're all pulling for you and, you know,

we've all been in our own little tough fights,

but this one looks gnarly so hang in everybody down there

all right it interesting week right interesting week for the Armstrong household. We now officially have five children that are in actual school.

So not preschool, not some other kind of other school but like real school so we got the final one

off to school she started Olivia Marie started kindergarten this week and you know that's a big deal.

I mean I think it's kind of funny and cute and the kids, the cool thing is the kids are

excited about it but Anna was just

you it's just we have a little fun with that but yeah all the kids in school so they they like, we drop them off together, they take the bus home.
