I was thinking of introducing him as an improviser and stand-up comedian, but that's the thing

we talk a lot about in the interview. So around 2011 when I moved back to New York

Chris was easily one of the best four or five improvisers in the city and then I

remember him just not being at the UCB as much, and then at all.

Around the same time, I'd see more and more at stand-up shows around the city.

As a side note, we both live in the same neighborhood at the time, so I'd also see him at my friend

Anyway, so at the time, this shift from Improv to stand-up seemed staggering,

but in the years since, it has settled in.

Chris hasn't done Improv since, and has since had a Comedy Central half hour special and his

one-man show Career Suicide air on HBO.

He also got past at the comedy club's comedy club, the comedy cellar.
