I will say of all the times I played with fire, which as a young boy was plenty, we never

did it indoors. That was the one thing. Like, someone, we just knew, like, man, don't do. Well, that's not entirely true. All right. So it was summer I'm singing about the one house where always went out. My buddy Devon's house. And this is the dumbest thing in the world. So both of Devon's parents were musicians. They played at bluegrass festivals.

They played the fiddle and all this. But they also had a piano in their dining slash living

room, right? Regular stand-up piano. And no one really played it except them. Anyway,

across from the piano was their fireplace. And in between the fireplace, I should not smile. This is not funny. It was a dining room table. And this was when fireplace and in between the fireplace i should not smile this is not funny was

a dining room table and this was when we lived in rochester and uh this particular kid who i shall

not name in case his family is still there but everyone's a hunter everyone has their guns and

everything out in the garage well he had we had a fire going in the fireplace we already

shouldn't have i'm sure his parents would have frowned on that but it was in the fireplace. We already shouldn't have.

And we did not know he had them on them. And as this fire is going on them, we're sitting at the dining room table. And we see him throw these things into the fire. We're like, what was that? and he's like shotgun shells.

He's kind of smiling about it.

So we all get up, holler ass, and we see them throw these things into the fire. We're like, what was that? And he's like, shotgun shells.

Well, they fire because you've lifted them on fire.

To put this in brief, that piano got blown to S, man.

The wall and her sliding glass door to go outside into the back. I mean, like, the piano was pretty much obliterated. Just all this buckshot

blown into it and there's only traveling like eight feet. Man, it's one of those deals. Now, keep

in mind, Frank did not live there. This was Devin's house. I do not live there.

It's a Devin's house, but Frank's responsible.

So I'm in the mindset because I just see Devin has gone pale, his mouth's just hanging open. Like, he's not crying, but the tears are just on the bottom. Not because the piano's gone, but his life's going to end when his parents get home, right? It's just that kind of thing. Lucky he didn't die.

Well, like I said, once we realized what they were, once Devin and I realized what they were, we all got the hell out of Dodge. So we're kind of around the corner. We were in a safe position, but there's nothing we can do. It's not like you're going to run over and try to grab the shotgun shells, right? So anyway, they blew out. I mean, the keys on the piano got blown the hell off.

Not all of them, which almost made it worse.
