Hopefully you like this next segment. We're just going to be talking a couple of minutes on the importance of choosing the right partners or the right team and what it means

to taking risks. Just to get a couple thoughts off my head, you know, and some of it's just the

season of life I'm going through and it's a constant reminder of the importance of choosing the right

partners, the right team, the right people that are around you. And I think a lot of the importance of choosing the right partners, the right team, the right people that are

around you. And I think a lot of times so many people choose the people that are around them

that tell them what they want to hear or they allow family to dictate or create a narrative

for them that might not be the best for them, right?

And sometimes that's deceiving because, you know, there's a big difference in telling

somebody what they want to hear and it's always good hearing that.

But it doesn't mean it's always the best for us or the best for a situation.

And that comes from anything in life, right?

Is you're going to be the sum of the five people you listen to and you hang around the most.

And so one of the things that I think super important is to realize is that, you know,

anytime that you open yourself up, you're going to be taking a risk to be hurt if you truly open yourself up but the only

way to have a nourishing and and fulfilled relationship is to put it all out there right throw

everything into it and so you know I heard someone tell me one time people are going to hurt you

but don't blame them for hurting you because if you open up your heart with your business partners with your significant others or

whoever it might be um you know you know that you're sharing love or something that's real

uh you know if there is hurt right like uh there can't be love without pain, so to speak.

And so remember, don't judge the people that are around you. Look at them as kind of your
