the month of February. And what a month it has been. It certainly has not

been one devoid of news, devoid of market changing activity, tense, market reaction,

ups and downs, return of volatility, and more than anything, change. And so here at InvestTalk,

we hope, our goal is to help you understand these changes, to put these changes in context, to try and sift through all of the noise and try and find those signals and help you become a better and more educated investor.
