mindset related. It feels like it's been a while since I've had a mindset discussion.

Probably hasn't been that long, but it just feels like it.

And this is something that came up because I was talking to a friend of mine and she had

mentioned something about not really being fulfilled with her

current job and then talked about how she was kind of envious of the fact that I

have flexibility in my schedule and that I do what I'm passionate about and what I love doing.

And I wanted to kind of shine some light on that because I think that you know oftentimes we see

this kind of glorified version of what's being portrayed either when it comes

to fitness or when it comes to owning a business and so we had a good

conversation but it was really just me talking about the fact that yes I am very fortunate

to be able to do what I love doing but that there it's not just this you know

It's not always fun and games. It's not just I get to do whatever I want whenever I want there are a lot of things below the

surface that people don't see and that holds true when it comes to fitness as

well like if you are scrolling social media and you see somebody who has a body

that you, you know, you want to look like them. You think that they have that physique that is desirable.

There's oftentimes a lot of stuff going on below the surface that we're not aware of.

And a perspective that I like to give and something that I talk about with my clients is choosing

your problems. So it's like what problems do you want? There's always going to be

some form of sacrifice and there's always going to be you know problems that come up based off of what you're trying to achieve
