So I have a friend who works in human resources in Europe actually and her and I had a really nice long chat this week.

She's in her 50s now and she's always been so consistent and awesome in every job she's ever had.

And as we were talking, she shared with me that her husband is thinking about retiring.

He's a little bit older than her.

And she said, look, I love my HR job, but I kind of want what you have Susie right I love the fact that you

you know you work and you travel and you design your day is kind of your way and you know

if my husband retires I know that he'll want to do more

traveling and I want to be able to be flexible with him. And because I do know this

friend I do know her intimately I also know how hyper qualified she is. She's got all sorts of

coaching certifications. She's an absolute pro. She's someone I totally lean on if I've got a tricky

question or if I want a real expert opinion on

something whether it's something corporate that I'm working on or a team that I'm

helping or if it's in my coaching communities I really rely on her. Anyway, I said to her, you know, why not just consider life coaching? Like good old pure life coaching. In my opinion opinion there is no higher or greater work that

exists in the world perhaps second to the work that medical doctors do right of

course to save lives I I think, wow, you know,

working as a life coach for me, I think it is the highest and best work, in my opinion.

It is the greatest career anyone could ever have and she said something that I hear a lot and I want to

She said look look, yeah, I'd love to be a coach.

But all that stuff that you do, like all that selling and marketing
