months because I was abusing it, if that's possible. But today, three months without caffeine,

today I had a fucking coffee and I am jacked. This is a drug. It should be kept behind a counter. If you've never stopped

drinking caffeine, you are in an addict, you need to seek help immediately. This is crazy.

I drank it because I needed to be productive

today. And all it did was make me worry faster. So tomorrow I'm back off caffeine.

Please hold me to that. I don't like the way I feel right now. And I can't wait for this to be

over. I also kind of recently started kicking Zoloft. Where am I anxious,

depressed people at? And this drug has no idea what to do with my love for Lana Del Rey.

I don't know if I love it. I've only been or not two weeks. I so far do not feel any less anxious or depressed, but I tell you what is happening.

I can't come.

And by that I mean, it's really hard to.

Has anybody else have this experience?

I know I'm not the only one.

Apparently, it's like a huge thing with a lot of SSRIs.

And so we'll see. I'm going to give it a little more time to work its magic. But this episode
