All right. So the first segment of today's episode of the recovery show will be our discussion of the topic choices.

Following a musical break we'll talk about our lives in recovery and about what's happening in the meetings we attend and in our own lives and we'll follow that with brief news about the podcast before closing with another musical break.

We have a reading today that comes from the Al-Anon Daily Reader called Courage to Change, and it's
