Summary

Our guest (who will have their voice altered and will be referred to simply as Jane) has a story that begins in Halifax, Nova Scotia, back when she was just 14 years old. A chance encounter at a bus stop led her through experiences she is very fortunate to have survived. In this episode of Nighttime, I'm again joined by Jane Doe to continue our discussion surrounding child sex trafficking, survival, and justice. The timing of her meeting with Jane was quite special as she was not only sharing her story publicly for the first time, but she had also just begun the process of seeking justice against the man who had begun abusing and trafficking her when she was only 14 years old
