Welcome back, it's locked on chiefs and your chiefs have returned to their

practice fields in anticipation of playing their first

preseason game a lot of comings and goings that we're going to need to talk about

today and it's me Ryan from RGR football and the owner of Rogue Analytics as well as Chris Clark from Chief's

Digest works with Matt Garrick all the time. How are you Chris? I'm great how are you sir?

Yeah I'm keeping it together I'm trying to jib and jive with all the things that are going on in camp and today marked the

return of a couple of guys and today's your top story with lockdown chiefs is that the return of

players from several injuries are back and

Chris and I are going to go through them and tops of my list is Damian Williams

a running back that even in O TAs was was said by the coaching staff to be the number one, to be their

starter and that they'll fill in beyond him and that's fine except for the fact that he hasn't

practiced yet until today you know roughly what 10 days in to

practice right yeah that's been concerning but at the same time I this is not the

time of year that you really want to be pushing injuries so I get why they've been a little bit more cautious with him.

Yeah, a hamstring pole, especially when it's this severe that has kept him out this long is always something that I am concerned about.

And especially with his position and the way he plays. I mean his explosion is his game. So

hamstring that's going to be a big thing that you need to worry about and you know it sounds like he's back to practice

we'll see if he plays on Saturday.

Yeah I'm really anticipating that if he does it's not going to be much.
