To lead up to this 2020 season, we got a little more information on Monday about how they're going to do that.

The League has established a set of protocols for how they're going to get

back to work. We heard last week that Andy Reed was back in the building and that

head coaches were able to report and they have some ongoing things that they are working towards getting the team ready for training camp and this protocol that was released is definitely part of that.

Now it's fairly involved and there are a number of things we're going to talk today

most specifically about what this means about how a team like the chiefs of all

seasons to try and repeat a Super Bowl, this one is becoming just not, it's not a delay, it's not,

hey, we had a bad spring and we had to put off O TAs and you miss out on those.

I mean, this is significant as to how the team is going to prepare

and practice and go to training camp and how they,

honestly, how it limits just how quickly and easily they can get back to doing

what they do in order to try to repeat and I can't think of another season in the NFL's history when a Super Bowl team had so much to overcome just trying to get back on the field and get back to what they had already accomplished.

Yes, there was an off-season that saw some players depart.

They did get a lot back. That was certainly the first hurdle and I think at this point we have to feel like as this gets stretched out

farther and farther and farther and there's more and more details there's more hoops to jump through.

I think we all have to feel like Brett Veach did an incredible job
