coming on the show. Today I want to address one of the fallout from what happened at the owner's meetings with them

ratifying the rules that we talked about earlier in the week in that it is now a requirement

for every team with a head coaching opportunity to hire two candidates that are minorities.

And here's the hardest part is they have to be two external candidates.

That is going to have a lot of interest coming for Eric B. Enemy after this season.

So the writing is on the wall.

He is going to be the candidate after the 2020 season, whether it's abbreviated, whether it goes to its normal

conclusion of a full schedule or not, regardless of the outcome of how well the chiefs do or what

Patrick Mahomes does none of that is going to do anything but fuel the fire to

hire Eric B enemy. Now especially with this new rule in place that requires teams to mandatorily interview

two minority coaching candidates from outside the organization.

It turns off the run around the teams have kind of used in the past to interview someone already

on their staff for a promotion as it would be faded

and use that as a checkbox to say they have complied with the rule and then move on to candidates that rumor has it or at
