Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott has done some really good things.

He's won five straight AFC East titles.

He resurrected the bills and stopped their 17-year drought in the playoffs, and he seems to be a stand-up guy. But after once again failing to make the Super Bowl and once again failing to beat the Kansas City Chiefs in the playoffs, I think it's time for Buffalo to make a change. Now, I don't say that lightly, and yes,

sometimes the grass isn't greener on the other side, but if you're a Bill's fan, when is watching

the same movie going every single postseason going to become unwatchable? Buffalo's lack of success

in the postseason, and inability to beat the Chiefs seems to be a culture problem there.

Deep down, that organization from the players to the coaches just can't seem to do it,

even when they catch most of the breaks in a game like they did last night.

Teams only have small windows to make hay, and the bills, outside of the regular season, are wasting

Josh Allen in his prime. Not only are there big mistakes on the field, like not having James

Cook in the last drive of the game when it matters the most, but McDermott is a defensive guy,

and the bills aren't close to possessing what the chiefs, ravens, and Eagles have. Don't give me

the injury excuses.
