What I do want to say and I think the thing that stood out to me most, David,

was it was an ugly game early.

We talk about all the time on this show,

and we use it for a lot of different examples.

Any time that there is a post-season format

where it's sudden death, whether it's, you know, win or go home,

whether that be March Madness, whether that be the NFL playoffs, right?

Whether that be college baseball and the regionals or the, you know, the the NFL it's the teams that can win in the

most ways yep they're able to not only survive but thrive if you go back and

watch every game the chiefs played in the playoffs, they wanted a different way, but they

wanted as a team. Your defense may not play good for four quarters, but they need to

play good when it counts. Your special teams may not play good for a half, they

got to play good when it counts in the second half.

And the Chiefs did not make the devastating mistakes that the 49ers made at the end of the game

and it just goes to show you a winning culture and a winning DNA is a real thing and I felt like the whole

time the Chiefs were going to win this game. That's why we'll bet it because they've proven it.

But I think the main thing you can take away from this is most teams lose games.

They do not win them even the elite teams.

I think you're right and you know that's why we said coming, it's not just enough against a generational talent like

Patrick Mahomes to just come in and say, oh, you know what, let's shut down the run.

It felt like the Chiefs could win this game if they rush for zero yards, yeah, it'd be nice to have.
