In today's episode, I'm going to be talking about how the chickens recently have been

a little bit of a nuisance, also a strange object that me and my family found in a restaurant,

as well as a big old update on the horses.

also this time of year it's so easy to get caught out if you're on a ride and suddenly it's getting dark and you want to get home. So, do you know what you need? Some high viz. And Red Post, they do lots different types. If that's for the horse, if that's for the human, for the horse, they do like exercise sheets. They also have boots. They also have some high viz that has lights in as well because you guys got to be safe, you've got to be seen. Also, something

really important because I see so many people that ride around my village and they don't

wear high viz. It's actually a lot of public liability insurance. You do look up at your insurance

because obviously when you're writing out about you do need that insurance. But some insurance doesn't cover you if you're not wearing

high viz on the road. So where your high vis people, not only to be safe, but also for insurance reasons.
