pork. There's no fillers. There's no preservatives. There's no any type of chemicals in there. And

we just, we don't like to over- overseason the meat but we like to have enough

spices in there just to give it the right amount of flavor because we like people to actually taste

the quality of the meat that we're using what's your favorite part about just having a family

business doing this and we being in the neighborhood we have a family atmosphere here everybody

that walks through a front door is treated like family and you know, it's very nice to be able

to know people on a name-to-name basis

and, you know, respect each other.
