and made me so wet. It's Chessie King, one of the UK's leading health bloggers and fitness instructors at Fit.

I've had every comment under the sun and it's awful.

I was standing next to one of my friends who was a little bit smaller than me, height-wise and size-wise,

and someone commented going,

is it embarrassing that it looks like you've eaten your friend?

Now a running theme on the show is, of course, social media,

and all it's good and bad qualities.

And that chat comes to her head today because Chessie is something of an influence of herself,

although she doesn't like that term as you're here.

But she has lots to say about using Facebook or Instagram in a healthy way.
