Today's guest is Chessie King, who I absolutely adore.

Actually, I've always claimed I started doing her workouts many, many, many years ago and just fell in love with her joy, her bubbly attitude

and her overall view of what fitnesses for all types of bodies.

She's a presenter of women's sport.

She's an author and founder of Welcome to Babyhood.

She does so much to empower women to really claim who they are, what their

bodies do for them, and to take us away from the patriarchy that tells us that we should look

a certain way and should feel absolutely rubbish if we don't look that way. She had her daughter

Aurelia, in 2021.

She's been with her husband Matthew for a long old time.

And recently, she has been talking a lot about trying to conceive the second time around.

She had a lost last March, which she talks about a little bit in this chat.

And then after a few months

of trying, she basically went down the route of IVF following a stroke that she'd had years and

years ago and the ramifications of that. We also talk about the fact that her husband, Matthew,

had post-nated depression, which I don't think he talks about enough. I say this to her. But

Matthew, you are welcome on whenever you like.
