motivated. I had this, not epiphany. I had this realization. So I just called right before my family's in

Israel and, you know, in Judaism, there's this practice of sitting, it's a seven-day morning

period after somebody passes. And everybody goes normally to the person's home.

And pretty much the traditional thing is you kind of wear black and you go in.

And it's a place for everybody to discuss, celebrate, you know, recognize this person's life. I really thought about going,

but it's like a 24 hours of travel in each direction. And I would probably be only be able to be

there for three days. So I just committed to just calling with them every day. And I got to talk to my mom and some of the other people who were sitting there.

But, you know, the thing that really that I realized pretty quickly in the middle of this

conversation was just that how easy it is to repress pain and how easy it is to put away our discomfort, even for something
